Upcoming Special Events 2018:

PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY Our Prayer Shawl Ministry invites all knitters and those who crochet, to join us in making prayer shawls for our Pastoral Care Committee and for the Delaware Memorial Hospital Breast Cancer unit.  Cold weather days and long nights are the perfect time to pick up your knitting needles and crochet hooks.  Shawls are blessed by Mother Nancy before being given to recipients. If you are in need of a pattern to use or have other questions, contact Marylee Bunting 610-872-5116.

INTERFAITH SEDER - Sunday March 18, 2018- 4:30 to 7:30 pm

Mark your calendars for our 9th annual Interfaith Seder, with Christ Episcopal Church and Congregation Ohev Shalom.  This year, we will be focusing our texts, discussions, songs, symbols, and even foods around the theme of inclusion and exclusion.  How do we, as Jews and as Christians, welcome The Other? What are barriers to inclusion and acceptance?  How can we be free to express our beliefs, be respectful of differences, and break bread – or matza—together?  Come join the discussion!  Space is limited – you must register by March 5 by emailing Pat Rizzo at patricia.l.rizzo@gmail.com or sign up on the parish bulletin board and let us know that you are coming, and what you will be bringing to our vegetarian potluck meal.
